Greetings! This page is a tribute to a very talented and intelligent band, LIVE. My first experience of the "Live" bug was when I first saw MTv unplugged. The song I tuned in on was "Beauty of Grey", the song moved me like no other and changed my life forever. When I listen to Live, I feel calmer and lighter, like nothing can stop me from achieving the impossible. The first time I ever saw Live was just recently believe it or not, I never got tickets each time I tried, but then finally I GOT THEM! They played Hammerstein Ballroom in 1999 in NYC. It was the most amazing experience of my life!!! Of course, they didn't play "Beauty of Grey", but they played "Shit Towne", enough said. I saw them again with the Counting Crowes at Jones Beach in 2000 in Long Island, NY. And you'll never guess the second song they played that night "Beauty of Grey"! Since the majority of the audience was there for the Crowes, not many knew the old stuff from Live, when that song came on, I felt like the only one screaming. I know, I know, some of you who are reading this and are thinking, "What the hell is this biatch thinking? I was at that show and I knew the damn song!" Well, I was the only screaming...leave it at that. ;\ Well, I hope you like what you see. I'm open for your suggestions and I'd like to hear some of your Live stories.
