September 13th, 2001 - 3:21pm - Concerning Tuesday's terrorist attacks on the United States of America, LIVE and Live's official website, Friends of Live have prereleased "Overcome" to commemorate the innocent lives who perished by these intolerable acts. My regards again to anyone who has lost a friend or loved one. It saddens me as an American and a New Yorker to see that skyline so naked. The loss of the World Trade Center is huge for many who see it everyday. Hopefully, these ignorant terrorists who themselves lost their lives, I hope now know how stupid this was. It's so horrible that this intolerable act was the reason for our great nation to pull together. Hopefully, when this ever ends, the stability of our nations grow greater and we will always stick together. Please take the time out right now to download "Overcome", it truly is a great interpretation to Tuesday's events. Also, take the time to take a look at your life with your family and be greatful that they are still with you. Tell them you love them and embrace every moment you have with them, because you never know what could happen in the next few months. Take care and until tomorrow. God Bless America and All of You.September 19th, 2001 - 12:19am - Okay, I'm retracting a headline from 9/12. I just checked out the Friends of Livetour/tickets page and it didn't say anything about Live playing at Bowry Ballroom, but they are playing at Roseland November 6! WOO HOO! Check out the Friends of Live - Tour Pageto see if Live is playing in your area. Take care!
September 19th, 2001 - 6:10pm - Okay, yes same day, only six hours later, but the album is truly the shite! Can you believe that despite all of the sadness and horrible acts of terrorism that our nation is experiencing, LIVE makes me smile. Just wanted to say hello to the two people that visit my site. HAHA! Buy it if you didn't!September 23rd, 2001 - 1:34am - Ed Kowalczyk will be performing live and contributing to discussions concerning the September 11th attacks. He will be among other artists; Nelly Furtado, Barenaked Ladies, SUM 41, etc. If you want to learn more about how you could be apart of this broadcast, CLICK HERE - Much Music Without Borders. I know I will be there trying to get some questions answered by Ed. The article doesn't saying anything about Patrick Dahlheimer, Chad Gracey or Chad Taylor being there, just Ed. Hopefully they'll all show up to lend their creative voice. Hope to see ya'll there. Peace out.September 24th, 2001 - 10:37pm est - Ed Kowalczyk will be performing live on Jay Leno, Thursday, Sept. 27. Check your local listings for times. Okay, first order of business - More tour dates have been announced, go to the Friends of Live tour/tickets page. Also, Entertainment Tonight has published an awesome article on their site about Live ET ONLINE, Live Tribute. Check out the "Overcome" video, which was created by the folks at cameraplanet.com. You can see it for yourself at sputnik7.com. The video is pretty depressing. Okay, I think that's it. Peace out yo...
